Curbside pickup was convenient. I didn’t have to wander around the store, which was nice, especially when I just wanted to get in and out. But then again, I did end up waiting longer than I thought I would, so that was a little annoying. Still, if I’m in a rush or just not in the mood to shop, I’d probably use it again.

I use the Fareway app for checking items and putting together grocery orders, and overall it does what I need. That said, it can be a little slow at times, and every now and then certain products don’t load right or the search doesn’t behave the way I expect. I usually just trust my instinct and double-check things if something seems off. It’s useful, but I do wish it felt smoother and easier to use on my phone.

Fareway.com has been really reliable for me. Most of the things I’m looking for are in stock, including my regular groceries, which makes shopping way quicker and less frustrating. I’ve been happy with it overall.

I really like how my Fareway is set up. The aisles just make sense, and I’m not wandering all over the place trying to find basic stuff. The produce, meat counter, and checkout are all super easy to get to.
It’s not a huge store, which I actually love. Everything feels simple, easy to navigate, and not overly crowded. It makes my grocery trips way quicker, so definitely 5 stars from me.

"Parking was fine, but not my favorite"
The parking situation was just kind of okay, honestly. The spots are close to where you need to go, which is nice, but it seemed crowded a lot of the time. I don’t know, it wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just one of those things where you pull in and immediately start hoping there’s an open spot somewhere

Fareway.com works well when I just need the usual groceries — meat, produce, pantry staples, that kind of thing. But the selection can feel a little limited at times — especially if I’m looking for a specific brand or something less common. It’s convenient for a quick order, but it doesn’t always cover my whole shopping list

"Helpful coupons that actually feel worth using"
I tried using a coupon on Fareway for my grocery order, it was a nice little win. It didn’t take some huge amount off or anything, but in my opinion, even a small savings on groceries feels worthwhile these days. The coupon was easy to find and went through at checkout without any weird issues, which I really appreciated. I always like when a deal actually works the way it’s supposed to. I’ll definitely take a quick look again before placing my next order...

"Substitutions were kind of hit or miss"
My order was mostly fine overall, but the substitutions were a mixed bag. A couple of them made sense, but others felt random and definitely not what I would’ve chosen. Not saying it’s a scam, but it is frustrating when you pay for groceries and end up with replacements that don’t really fit. It’s fine when everything is in stock, I just wish they were a little more careful with swaps

I grabbed a few prepared meals from Fareway, they were just okay. A couple tasted fresh enough, but the chicken was dry. I don’t think it’s terrible, but if you’re charging people for the convenience of ready-made food, it feels only fair to make sure it’s consistently good. Not a total disappointment, just hit or miss...

"I hit up Fareway often..."
I hit up Fareway often, the place is always clean. The floors look good, the carts aren’t all nasty, and the meat counter is kept up really well. It’s just nice being able to get in, grab what I need, and bounce without the store feeling messy or gross.

I had an issue with my order and, i was a little annoyed at first because I wasn’t sure how long it was going to take. Support did get back to me and after a few messages back and forth, they fixed it, so credit where it’s due. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, I just kind of wish it had moved a bit quicker. In the end it got handled, so I’m okay with it

The meat was okay overall, nothing terrible, but it didn’t really stand out either. Some pieces seemed decent, while others were just... I don’t know, not quite as good. I’d probably try it again, but I’m not sure...

"Refund felt a little slow"
Maybe it’s just me, but the refund took a bit longer than I was expecting. The return itself was accepted without any issue, and support was fine overall, I just wish the money had come back a little quicker.

"They Got My Order Right"
I really appreciated that everything I ordered showed up exactly as it should. No wrong items, no strange substitutions, and nothing missing. It feels good when a place does the honest, basic thing and gets the order right. Happy with it.
